At Techzpariz, we are committed to delivering exceptional luxury vehicles and customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the exclusive nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and options in the event that you need to return or request a refund for a vehicle or related product.
1. Vehicle Returns
Due to the custom nature and luxury quality of our vehicles, Techzpariz does not generally accept returns once the vehicle has been delivered. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we have outlined the following exceptions and procedures:
a. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your vehicle order within 48 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is requested within this time frame, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. After the 48-hour period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
b. Conditions for Vehicle Returns
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Defective Vehicles: If you receive a vehicle that has manufacturing defects or significant damage that occurs prior to delivery, you are entitled to request a replacement or repair.
- Incorrect Vehicle: If the vehicle delivered is significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Returns for defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for consideration. Please ensure the vehicle is not altered, used, or damaged in any way.
2. Non-Vehicle Product Returns
For non-vehicle purchases, including accessories, parts, and merchandise, Techzpariz accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You may return non-vehicle products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. If the return is due to a defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for vehicle orders are subject to the terms outlined above. Refunds for non-vehicle products will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The following conditions apply:
a. Vehicle Refunds
Refunds for vehicles are processed under these circumstances:
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: A full refund of the deposit will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is received.
- Defective or Incorrect Vehicles: If a vehicle is defective or an incorrect model was delivered, a refund will be processed once the vehicle is returned in accordance with our return policy. Refunds for vehicles will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection and approval.
b. Non-Vehicle Product Refunds
Refunds for non-vehicle items will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should be completed within 10 business days after the return is received.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
While we strive to meet your needs and provide the best customer service, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Used or Altered Items: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
- Special Orders: Any custom or special-order vehicles, parts, or accessories may not be eligible for return or refund.
